Eight-8-Ate Holdings, Inc. is a growing food and restaurant operator, established in September 2018 with the acquisition of the Conti's, a premium casual dining restaurant, and was formalized in June 2019. In November 2019, Wendy's Philippines was also acquired, making Eight8ate the master franchisee of Wendy's, a quick service/fast-food restaurant, in the Philippines.
As of October 2024, Conti's and Wendy's have 74 and 75 stores in its store portfolio, respectively. At the helm of Eight-8-Ate is Mr. Joey R. Garcia, a seasoned global restaurateur who brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the field. He is supported by a strong senior management team with various experiences in the different segments of the food business.
