Responsible for preparation of financial reports. Analyzes and validates the accuracy and timeliness of the accounting entries and analyze the actual income statement balances in comparison to the budget and other financial balances.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related accounting course
Preferably a Certifies Public Accountant
With warehouse inventory experience for financial reporting.
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Duties and Responsibility
Prepares, validates, submit and/or files financial reports (financial statement, cost 0of sales, price value analysis, intercompany reconciliation, asset depreciation)
Conducts account analysis to ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting entries.
Validates encoded quantities in month-end inventory count; coordinates new item with Inventory Custodians and inventory accuracy with Store Operations.
Analyze the comparison of actual income statement balances with the budget.
Able to exemplify and coach direct reports.
