Job Description

Conducts consultation meetings with executive management to determine the project scope and requirements, and to ensure the project’s alignment with strategic goals.
Collaborates with department heads and/or process owners to gather required information, develop and coordinate activities timelines, and discuss risks and issues.
Communicates regularly with project stakeholders to provide status updates on project completion and issues encountered.
Implements Change Management process and fit-gap methodology to ensure that new system for the company fits to into the business goal and gaps that need to be fixed.
Ensures the reliable performance of ERP and other enterprise systems.
Conducts post-implementation assessments to determine whether project objectives were achieved and to gather feedback and suggestions for succeeding projects.
