Job Description

Responsible for conducting employee welfare activities to promote a conducive and harmonious work environment. Facilitates grievances and disciplinary concerns within the company. Processes compliance with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) requirements. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job (Human Resources, Legal Management, or Psychology is preferred) - Knowledgeable on Labor Laws - At least 1 year of relevant experience - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Duties and Responsibilities - Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement programs in collaboration with the Immediate Head and/or concerned parties (i.e. other departments, vendors, etc.) - Facilitates grievance administration and employee discipline processing by ensuring compliance to due process. - Ensure complete and proper documentation of discipline files. - Conducts employee exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for specific or general improvements of the Company. - Facilitates DOLE compliance with labor standards. - Administer compliance with the Code of Discipline among employees. - Administers the social media communication platform, as assigned. - Prepares monthly reports. - Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
