support business goals. The manager is accountable for driving requirements
management, solution design, and process optimization across multiple projects and
systems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or any IT related
field.
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with at least 3 years of
experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of system design, data flows, integrations, and application
development processes.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools and ITSM.
