Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst Manager leads a team of business systems analysts
responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions that align
with business requirements. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders
and technical teams, ensuring that systems, applications, and processes effectively
support business goals. The manager is accountable for driving requirements
management, solution design, and process optimization across multiple projects and
systems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or any IT related
field.
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with at least 3 years of
experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of system design, data flows, integrations, and application
development processes.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools and ITSM.
