At least 6 months' experience in the food service industry particularly with beverage products (Coffee, Expresso, Latte) Willing to be assigned in FTI, Taguig and can start ASAP. Training / Certification Barista Certification NCII, Servsafe, Food Safety Sensory Evaluation Duties and Responsibilities Implements timely launch of new products in the store operations Conducts shelf life and transit test of all new and improved products Conducts application test of all alternative and product improvement of Commissary Conducts recipe review to ensure that documents used in Operation are updated Prepares related R&D documents such as recipe, procedure and product specifications Facilitates translating and transferring the technology to the Store Operation. Ensures maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, inventory of ingredients, tools, and equipment. Ensures that the food safety policy and the objectives are established and are compatible with the assigned business unit. Performs other work-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
