Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for identification of new feasible sites and facilitates review, recommendation, and documentation for new and existing stores. Maintenance of partnerships with lessors, mall developers and other real estate brokers.

Qualification Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in similar or related job
Degree in Business related field, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
Knowledgeable in site assessment and negotiations

Duties and Responsibilities
Identifies, negotiates, and acquires new feasible sites in line with the store development plan targets.
Facilitate completely and on-time review, recommendation, and documentation (lease contract, new store site package, lessor requirements, initial due diligence, etc.) for new and existing stores.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Maintain linkage with established contacts with lessors, mall developers, and real estate brokers.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
