Job Description

Qualification:

Graduate of BS Accountancy or any other Business-related courses; or equivalent work experience in Finance.
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Knowledge in Sales Management and Financial Accounting
Knowledge in Bookkeeping and Tax

Job Description

Prepares, validates, submits, and/or files of financial reports (e.g., financial statement (FS), cost of sales, price volume analysis, intercompany reconciliation, asset depreciation).
Conducts account analysis to ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting entries, coordinates adjustments or verification with accounting process owners as necessary.
Validates encoded quantities in month-end inventory count and valuation; coordinates new item with Inventory Custodians and inventory accuracy with Store Operations.
Ensures that the cut-off set for accounting entries is followed.
Prepares the balance sheet and income statement.
Analyzes the comparison of actual income statement balances with the budget.
Executes system entry for accruals, finance leases and conversion cost for ending inventory.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
