Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for recording of accounting transactions and performing reconciliation of assigned accounts, and payments from stores.

Qualification Guide

Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or financial management
Knowledgeable in Flow of Finance
Willing to be assigned in Taguig

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures that all disbursement transactions are recorded promptly and accurately.
Ensures that all payments for payables are processed and available on or before the due dates in accordance with the credit terms.
Reconciles the accounts with the suppliers, as necessary.
Attends or conducts meetings as necessary (e.g., department meeting).
Participates in cash audit and month-end inventory as assigned.
Create reports (Finacial Statement)
