Job Description

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 4 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Site sourcing, negotiation and acquisition of new locations for store expansion
With Experience in Market Planning and Market Strategy
Knowledgeable in market research, feasibility studies, foot traffic, project and lease management
Above average verbal and written communication skills; highly personable and with excellent negotiation skills
