Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Psychology or Human Resource Management is preferred) - At least 4-years of relevant experience in training. - Knowledge on learning and development process, tools and techniques Job responsibilities: - Executes training & development initiatives by conducting training needs analysis (TNA), facilitating training sessions, as needed, conducting training evaluation and creating training & development reports, as required. - Executes the organization development process by supporting organizational planning through development or documentation of changes to organization charts, job descriptions, competency models, and other related documents. - Facilitates the Individual Development Plan (IDP), Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and career pathing process for all critical positions. Collaborates actively in the development plans and initiatives for all identified high potential employees. - Full-time on-site reporting in Taguig (head office) and other assigned Conti's stores. - Assignment will be in Northern Luzon (Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac) - Leads/drives the company’s performance appraisal system.
