Trade Marketing Planning and Execution Develop and execute trade marketing programs and localized promotional activities for assigned stores and territories within the South/Central Luzon Translate national marketing campaigns into relevant regional and local executions based on market needs and customer behavior. Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer traffic, transactions, and sales within assigned areas. Ensure timely and accurate implementation of promotional materials, merchandising requirements, and in-store marketing activities. Conduct regular store visits to assess campaign execution, merchandising standards, visibility, and overall brand presentation. Local Store and Regional Marketing Develop localized marketing initiatives based on the specific needs and opportunities of stores, cities, and communities. Support new store openings, store anniversaries, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and other key business activities. Identify potential partnerships with malls, schools, offices, corporations, organizations, communities, and local establishments. Coordinate sponsorships, tie-ups, events, sampling activities, and community-based marketing initiatives. Recommend programs that address store-specific sales gaps and opportunities. Campaign and Promotional Management Coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability and proper deployment of campaign materials such as posters, banners, menu materials, digital assets, and other promotional collaterals. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of promotional campaigns across assigned stores. Ensure promotional guidelines, mechanics, timelines, and brand standards are consistently followed. Provide field feedback and recommendations for improving campaign execution. Market and Competitor Analysis Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, pricing, promotions, consumer behavior, and emerging opportunities within the South/Central Luzon Conduct regular market and competitive checks and provide actionable insights to the Marketing Team. Identify high-potential locations, customer segments, occasions, and partnerships that can contribute to sales growth. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives using relevant KPIs such as sales uplift, transactions, customer traffic, redemption, participation, and return on marketing investment. Prepare post-activity reports, campaign evaluations, competitive updates, and regional marketing reports. Recommend corrective actions or follow-through programs based on campaign results and market observations. Maintain proper documentation of marketing activities, expenses, suppliers, and program results. Budget and Supplier Coordination Assist in managing regional trade marketing budgets and ensure expenditures are within approved allocations. Coordinate with accredited suppliers, production partners, event organizers, and other third-party service providers. Monitor production, delivery, installation, and quality of marketing materials. Ensure proper documentation, liquidation, and processing of marketing-related expenses. Stakeholder Management Build strong working relationships with Store Operations, Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, Mall Administrators, suppliers, and other business partners. Coordinate closely with Operations to understand store challenges and develop appropriate marketing solutions. Represent the company professionally during partnerships, events, and external marketing activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communication, Management, or any related field. Preferably with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing, Local Store Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales, Events, or Business Development. Experience in FMCG, food service, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing businesses is highly preferred. Strong understanding of trade promotions, local marketing, merchandising, events, and partnership development. Able to analyze sales and campaign performance and translate findings into actionable marketing recommendations. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple stores, campaigns, and projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Must be willing to conduct frequent fieldwork and travel within the South/Central Luzon. Must be willing to work onsite and occasionally work beyond regular office hours depending on events, launches, and promotional activities.
