This role is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels and digital storefronts. The role focuses on driving online revenue, improving customer engagement, executing promotional campaigns, and optimizing overall e-commerce performance across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces such as Grab Food, Food panda and other food aggregators Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory availability, and online merchandising Plan and execute online campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, bundles, and promotional activities Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Creatives for campaign execution and content requirements Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities Prepare regular sales and performance reports with insights and recommendations Ensure brand consistency and customer experience across all online channels Work closely with platform representatives and external partners to maximize visibility and campaign participation Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and e-commerce best practices Support customer engagement initiatives and online reputation management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online marketplace management, or related roles Familiarity with marketplace platforms, seller centers, and online campaign management Strong analytical and reporting skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and e-commerce reporting tools Excellent communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Preferred Skills Experience in Food & Beverage, Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industry Knowledge of digital marketing, online merchandising, and performance metrics Understanding of customer journey and online shopping behavior Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
