The role is responsible to promote brand awareness, increase store traffic, and strengthen community engagement. The ideal candidate will plan and execute local marketing campaigns, build partnerships, and support sales growth through effective promotional activities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase store visibility and sales Organize in-store events, seasonal promotions, and community activities Coordinate with mall administration, local partners, schools, and organizations for marketing tie-ups Manage social media content and local digital promotions for the store Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the area Assist in creating marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and promotional displays Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance and prepare reports Support grand openings, product launches, and special events Ensure brand standards are properly implemented in all marketing activities Work closely with store operations and sales teams to achieve targets Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field At least 3 years of experience in marketing, retail, or events management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative, organized, and detail-oriented Knowledgeable in social media marketing and basic graphic design is an advantage Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects Willing to do field work and work during weekends or mall hours if needed Willing to do fieldwork in Visayas Region
