Responsible for the execution, continuous development, and improvement of the recruitment process for Store Business Support nationwide. Reviews and manages manpower request forms (MRFs).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Psychology or Human Resource Management is preferred)
Training of competency interview and assessment
With at least a year of working experience in Recruitment and Selection
Willing to work full onsite in Taguig (Head Office)
Willing to do fieldwork
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees and executes the end to end recruitment process
Regularly updates job posting/ad in all recruitment platforms such as Jobstreet, Indeed, Facebook, PESO, etc.
Manages the deployment of new hires
Validates and/or coordinates the manpower requirements of the requisitioning departments
Establishes partnerships with recruitment services providers and universities
Oversees the successful implementation of the Internship Program
Collaborates with hiring managers and efficiently manages the hiring requirements
Monitors and prepares monthly accomplishment reports
Supervises and oversees personal growth and career development of direct reports.
