Responsible for facilitating technical trainings to the commissary group. Develop and customize learning modules based on the requirement of the company and maintains training documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Psychology or Human Resource Management / BS Food Technology or other food related courses)
Technical training and/or related to manufacturing systems and process management is preferred
With at least 1-year relevant experience on the position gained from any food manufacturing/services industry
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledgeable in Training and Development processes, tools, and techniques
Knowledgeable in conducting training on the following: FSSC, GMP, Basic Food Safety, etc.
Excellent communication skills
Adept in the development of training modules
With background in a commissary set-up
Willing to work in FTI Taguig City
