Ensure that developed products is within the target food cost in accordance with the customer specifications and complies to quality and food safety Qualifications: Must be a graduate of BS Food Technology, Nutrition, Culinary and Pastry Arts Specializes in breads in pastries, knowledgeable in different bread types, cookies, pastries, and pies Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Familiarity with kitchen equipment (including mixers, dough sheeters, and blenders) Organized and clean in kitchen use and food preparation Acquainted with different cuisines is an advantage Willing to be assigned in FTI, Taguig Can start ASAP
