Job Description

  • Responsible for timely execution of product development and innovation.
  • Ensure that developed products is within the target food cost in accordance with the customer specifications and complies to quality and food safety 

    Qualifications:

  • BS in Nutrition, Food Technology, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or any related course
  • Training/Certification:  Cooking NC II, Servsafe, Food Safety
  • Sensory Evaluation
  • At least 6 months' experience in the food service industry
  • Willing to start ASAP.
