Responsible for creative and innovative planning and design Considering cost effectiveness, compliant to standards, and within the given timeframe. Encodes plan from preliminary to construction detailed drawings, documents the contract, prepares the detailed design specification list according to the approved specified materials. Maintains organized filing of all construction (soft copies). Provides technical support relating to project’s design, CADs, sketch up, photoshops, renderings and other technical drawings.
