Develops and manages employee engagement activities to create a conducive and harmonious work environment. Manages grievances and disciplinary concerns within the company to create a respectful workplace experience. Ensures that the group are compliant with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) requirements. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job (Human Resources, Legal Management, or Psychology is preferred) - Training / Knowledge / Certification: Project Management Training, Knowledgeable on Labor Laws - At least 5 years of relevant work experience as Employee Relations/Engagement officer - Willing to do attend onsite final interview - Willing to start ASAP in Taguig (head office). Duties and Responsibilities: - Develops and implements employee engagement programs in collaboration with the Immediate Head and/or concerned parties (i.e. other departments, vendors, etc.) - Manages grievance administration and employee discipline processing by ensuring compliance to due process. - Conducts employee exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for specific or general improvements of the Company. - Ensures DOLE compliance on labor standards. - Ensures compliance to the established processes and/or recommends process improvements, as needed - Administers the social media communication platform, as assigned - Monitors and prepares monthly accomplishment reports - Supervises and oversees personal growth and career development of direct reports. - Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
