Responsible for the implementation of company-initiated and statutory benefits for rank and file, and supervisory level of the company. Also ensures that HDMF remittances of CSFI employees, regardless of rank and employment status are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job (Business related course or Human Resources Management or Psychology is preferred) - With at least 1-year experience in Compensation and Benefits - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Willing to attend onsite final interview - Willing to start ASAP in ARCA South, Taguig City. Duties and Responsibilities: - Administers company-initiated and statutory benefits for CSFI Ranks 2-6 employees. - In-charge in the processing of the following benefits across all levels: Birthday Blow-out, Bereavement Assistance, HMO & Group Life Insurance enrolment/deletion and its billings, HDMF remittances. - Processing and validation of clearances of resigned Rank and File & Supervisory employees on their respective accountabilities such as government claims/loans and other accountabilities. - Prepares government report for newly hired and separated employees for government updating such as SSS R1A to be done thru on-line, PHIC ER2, HDMF request for transfer and consolidation of records and the like. - Performs timekeeping tasks - Performs administrative tasks such as transmittals, issuances of HMO ID, uniform issuances, filing of records and other related administrative tasks and other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
