Job Description

  • Responsible for timely execution of product development and innovation.
  • Ensure that developed products is within the target food cost in accordance with the customer specifications and complies to quality and food safety 

Qualifications:

  • BS in Culinary, Nutrition, Food Technology, or with a background in cooking and hospitality industry.
  • Familiar and knowledgeable with food packaging, food handling, and basic food safety.
  • Familiarity with kitchen and baking small and big equipment.
  • Organized and clean in kitchen use and food preparation.
  • Prepares recipes, costing and documents necessary for endorsement.
  • Acquainted with different cuisines is an advantage.
  • With at least 2-3 years of experience in product creation and development.
  • Willing to be assigned in FTI, Taguig and/or Marikina Heiights.
  • Willing to start ASAP.
