Job Description

The Training Officer is responsible for the implementation of organizational development initiatives for the store business operations (SBO).
Executes training development programs in the business unit to enable organizational effectiveness and culture building.
Facilitates the performance management for the SBO group.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Psychology or Human Resource Management is preferred)
Organization Development Certificate is an advantage.
Train the trainers.
Knowledge on Learning and Development process, tools and techniques.
Knowledge on Organizational Development. Process and tools.
Training on effective presentations.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
