Job Description

  • Responsible for the implementation of organizational development initiatives for the store business operations (SBO).
  • Executes training development programs in the business unit to enable organizational effectiveness and culture building.
  • Facilitates the performance management for the SBO group.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Psychology or Human Resource Management is preferred)
  • Organization Development Certificate is an advantage
  • Train the trainers
  • Knowledge on Learning and Development process, tools and techniques
  • Knowledge on Organizational Development. Process and tools
  • Training on effective presentations
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
